No. You do not have to attend both the ceremony and reception. We understand not all our guests will want to attend both, to decide what is best for you here is our timeline:

We recommend showing up 30 minutes before our mass starting at noon. 

During the ceremony, No. We have hired very good photographers and we ask you to refrain from shooting pictures during our ceremony.

But we welcome you to capture as much as you want during our reception. Also we encourage guests to post pictures on to social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BecomingBolot so we can keep track of all of your pictures! When we get our pictures back from the photographers, we'll be posting them on our social media.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Mater Dei (the church) has attire guidelines that we have to follow, which are linked below. The simple answer is: Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Given its Texas, who knows?! We suggest you dress like it's a Texas Summer indoor wedding. We have found a website that tries to predict the forecast of the day months in advance, but we will know the weather as it gets closer.
